🔎In this article: Hear from Autura’s Events Manager about what she observed, learned, and loved about the team’s recent experiences at the Florida Tow Show 2026.
The Florida Tow Show 2026 brought together 5,000+ towing and recovery professionals and 200+ exhibitors at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, and it did not disappoint.
From April 9–11, members from the industry gathered to make connections, share ideas, and tackle challenges shaping towing and recovery. For the Autura team members, it meant we could fill three days with meaningful conversations, live demos, and valuable conversations with the people who keep communities moving.
Florida Tow Show Booth Conversations
At our booth in the expo hall, we had the chance to meet with tow truck operators, owners, and partners from across the country… a treat we look forward to at each event we attend. In-person events give us a chance to directly hear (and listen) to what words, topics, and trends are in-focus and top-of-mind.
This year we observed a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and stronger collaboration with public safety agencies.
This focus gave us opportunity to demo Autura’s towing management software and lien processing, payment, and unclaimed vehicle auction solutions. Depending on challenges booth visitors shared, we spent time exploring how the right technology can digitize dispatch, closely integrate payments, and help impound lot managers move inventory off lot, profitably, with purpose-built unclaimed vehicle auction software.
Industry Themes that Surfaced at the Florida Tow Show this Year
While every Florida Tow Show brings its own energy and topics of focus, a few things from the 2026 event set it apart from other years:
- Towing and recovery business owners are actively looking for ways to consolidate tools and move away from fragmented systems
- Communication (both internally and with public safety partners) continues to be a top priority
- Finding ways to be more efficient isn’t just convenient… it’s seen as critical for scaling and staying competitive
- There’s a growing focus on turning impound management into more of a revenue stream
Hearing directly from attendees about challenges and goals continues to shape how we build and evolve our towing management and impound solutions.
Customer Connections
It’s wonderful to meet with, catch up, and hear from current customers in-person, especially when they share valuable product feedback and recent wins.
At the Florida Tow Show this year, we loved our visit from Bear’s Towing who stopped by to say “hi.” They shared how they’ve been able to more easily navigate recent staffing changes because of Autura’s integrated solutions, documented processes, and live customer support.

Thinking of Attending Florida Tow Show 2027? Here’s What to Consider
The Florida Tow Show is one of the year’s first and most major events. It’s more than a trade show. It’s a time when you can step away from daily operations and work on your towing and recovery business (instead of just in it). You can strengthen existing industry relationships and making new ones, and spend time with like-minded individuals who understand your priorities.
To everyone who visited with us, attended a demo, or shared insights with our team, thank you. Your perspectives drive everything we do. If we didn’t get a chance to connect (or if you want to continue the conversation), we’d love to hear from you.
