As we head into the holiday week, we asked members of our Autura team to share what they’re especially grateful for this season. From meaningful work with wonderful customers to incredible teammates (and, certainly, good food!) here’s a peek at what fills our hearts — and plates🍽️ — with gratitude.
Jillian Grassetti — SVP, Sales

Autura Tenure: 3+ years | Favorite Thanksgiving fare: Mashed potatoes for days.
“I continue to be thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside hard-working people in the towing and recovery industry. They tirelessly labor to make a positive impact on their families, their customers, their teams, and their communities.
These professionals operate with high integrity and have the courage to speak up. Additionally, I’m lucky to be able to spend a good chunk of my day with people who continually help me stretch and grow.”
Stu Loe — Director of Professional Services

Autura Tenure: 1.5+ years | Favorite Thanksgiving fare: My wife’s turkey with stuffing and gravy, all in the same forkful.
“I’m thankful for a team that builds real partnerships with our customers.
We help cities, counties, and companies unlock the value they expect and deserve from Autura. Getting to see that impact firsthand is the good stuff.”
Spencer Bauman — VP of Autura Marketplace

Autura Tenure: 2 years | Favorite Thanksgiving fare: Fried turkey or honey ham, and pumpkin pie buried under whipped cream.
“I’m thankful to work with impound and unclaimed vehicle buyers who don’t just see scrap or the end of a vehicle’s lifecycle — they see second chances. Whether it’s repairing and flipping the vehicle, reusing parts to keep another car alive, or recycling leftover metal… it’s powerful to be part of this ecosystem.
Additionally, I get to work alongside an incredible team dedicated to routing these lost cars to the right buyers, while helping tow lot professionals clear space… it’s why I love what I do. Full-circle impact that keeps communities moving.”
Josh Cadavona — Sr. Partner Support Manager
Autura Tenure: 6+ years | Favorite Thanksgiving fare: Pumpkin Pie (I had to fight every urge not to type out “punkin“). And my favorite savory dish is whatever black magic my stepdad does when he charcoal-grills the turkey over the course of 6+ hours and it doesn’t turn out even remotely dry.
“I am thankful for the amazing team I have with Partner Support, both the onshore team and our FPS counterparts.
They grind every day at all hours to keep the proverbial ship afloat. I would honestly be nothing without their hard work and dedication to our operations.”
From all of us at Autura, we emphatically wish you a Thanksgiving filled with gratitude, good food, and great company.
Thank you for being part of our community. 💗
